According to the 2026 White Paper on the Development of China's Toy and Juvenile Products Industry released by CTJPA, the chinese market for art and collectible toys is projected to reach 67.69 billion yuan by 2025, marking a year-on-year growth of 45.4%. On Tmall, JD.com and Douyin — China's three major e-commerce platforms — sales of art and collectible toys climbed 43.8% year-on-year in value, with volume up 26.5% and average selling price rising 13.7%.

The design combines steampunk mechanical aesthetics with Victorian vintage architectural styling in a red-and-green color clash. The mechanical structure includes a gear-driven pendulum clock, a rotating letter cabinet, a steam train, a postman figure, and a parcel conveyor mechanism, complemented by details such as a telephone booth and newsstand. Mortise-and-tenon assembly is adopted throughout.
