Founded in 2000 by Prudence Mak, local creative brand Chocolate Rain draws inspiration from children's dreams and whimsical journeys. Through one-of-a-kind handcrafted art, the brand encourages young people to cherish the environment and unleash their creativity.
An alumna of London’s Central Saint Martins, Prudence has received numerous accolades, including Hong Kong Ten Outstanding Young Persons and the APEC Young Women Innovators Award. She has served as Senior Advisor at the Hong Kong Arts Centre since 2025.
Chocolate Rain’s work has been exhibited at prestigious global venues such as the British Museum and MoMA, alongside collaborations with international brands like Stella McCartney and Swarovski. The brand also promotes social enterprise initiatives while actively hosting DIY upcycling workshops and art exhibitions worldwide.
